We are a full service accounting firm that employs eighteen staff, consisting of sixteen professional staff and two support personnel.  All Certified Public Accountants of the firm are properly licensed to practice in Colorado.  

Firm History

The Firm's long history dates back to 1977.  Over the last several decades the Firm's management has remained consistent.  Randy Watson has been a shareholder since the inception of the Firm.  He is the managing audit partner.  Lance McGaughey joined the firm in 1984 and became a shareholder in 1989 and assumed, soon after, the role of the managing tax partner.  In 2004, Dale Yanari, a founding shareholder, passed away suddenly and has been sorely missed.  In 2013, Don Gruenler and his group of experienced professionals joined the firm bringing with them years of auditing experience in the areas of governmental municipalities, special districts, school districts, single audits, and HUD audits.
